Our Six Step Process for Comparing Life Insurance Quotes
1. Get Details
After we calculate how much coverage you need and for how long you need it for, we will also get a preliminary snapshot of your health in order to smartly shop rates.
2. Shop companies
Not every life insurance company views conditions the same way, some are more forgiving of issues like DUI’s, Marijuana use, or other unfavorable health conditions.
3. Review Options
After getting the quotes we take and package everything together in an easily understandable and organized manner that allows you to make an informed decision.
4. Submit application
We then take 15 minutes over the phone to take an application that’s instantly submitted before getting off the phone, sometimes we even have the results instantly.
5. Secure coverage
If a paramed exam is required, we usually have to wait a couple of weeks before hearing back from the insurance company to see if they accepted or declined the application.
6. Periodic reviews
After coverage is secured, we check in annually with our clients to see if they need or want additional coverage or to change their beneficiaries on their life insurance policies.
3 out of 4 Americans feel they should’ve gotten more coverage when they were younger - get AFFORDABLE coverage and finally obtain peace of mind for you and your family.
The 2 Life Insurance Types
Term Life Insurance
Term life insurance comes fixed in 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 year terms, where the price is the same for the selected ‘term’ of the policy. Term life insurance is meant to cover temporary obligations that go down over time; like a mortgage, earned income before retirement, a loan, or the possibility of a spouse losing out on half their social security income if one of the spouses were to pass away.
Whole Life Insurance
Whole life insurance is meant to cover permanent obligations that you’ll most likely have until the day the Good Lord calls you home like, burial and other final expenses, estate taxes, social security income replacement for a spouse or to leave a gift to a loved one. Whole Life Insurance is more expensive than term because it's permanent, rates are locked in and it builds cash value that you can access.
Life Insurance Riders
Whether you want a term life insurance policy or a whole life insurance plan, every policy comes with additional upgrades (for a price), also known as a rider, that allows you extra coverage in certain situations like critical illness coverage, additional life insurance coverage for grandchildren, or waiver of premium when in a nursing home or even coverage for long term care events.
